I have recently started Personal training with Imad. I had no idea what was ahead of me as i never set foot in a gym much less exercise, except walking. Since I have been here in Rom with Imad, I have to say he is very good and explains everything in detail to me. No two sessions are the same, I'm not long at the exercise, but I can say that I feel a difference already, it will be a long road for me but i will have Imad with me along the way. He is an absolute legend of a man and i am so glad that I choose him. He also helps me with my Nutrition and is very knowledgeable , I'm working on my relationship with food, which is very good too. I can't say enough about Imad. He motivates me during every class. So down to earth, informative, knowledgeable and polite. It took me a long time to get up off my ass to get back to the gym after injuries but Imad makes it so enjoyable but tough at the same time. He will push you but he knows when you need a break instead of breaking you when u cant push anymore. He has given me advice about my nutrition, what to eat before and after workouts and at home. I had a target for a holiday a few weeks ago and I met and felt great, so much so that I'm going back to him. He has made something I was so nervous about returning to and made it something I now enjoy doing and feel great after the sessions. I recently completed a program with Imad from Break of Dawn Fitness, Sligo. An excellent personal trainer. Very clear with his instruction & no two training sessions are the same. I started with Imad at Break of Dawn fitness in Sligo a few months ago because I wanted to lose weight, gain confidence in the gym and destress. The results I seen after only three weeks with Imad was more than I could have hoped for. I had tried several other personal trainers and never gotten results worth while. Imad has flexible working hours which helped with my work schedule, he advises on food and nutrition as well as guiding you on how to work out in your own time. He works out of ROM gym which is lovely big modern gym with several different workout areas including an Olympic lifting area. I would highly recommend Imad for PT as he will push you to be your best self.
